資源も人の関係も一方向に消費されるのではなく、地域のなかでくり返し循環していく。そのプロセスを、フレームワーク図やプロセス図として見える化することで、「いまどこにいて、どこを目指すのか」が誰にでも共有できるようになります。図解は、住民・行政・企業が立場を超えて対話するための共通言語として機能します。
